Return conditions
Return period: You can submit a return request within 7 days of receiving the item.
Item condition: The returned item must be in new and unused condition with original packaging, tags and proof of purchase.
Items not accepted for return: The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Customized or personalized items
Discounted items or clearance items
Opened or used items

Submit a return request: Please contact us by email with the order number, reason for return and photos of the item.
Return review: We will review the return request within 2 business days of receiving it and inform you by email whether the return is approved.
Return shipping: Once approved, you need to send the item back to our designated return address via a reliable courier. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless there is a quality problem with the item.
Refund processing: We will complete the refund within 5 working days after receiving the returned goods and confirming that they meet the return conditions. The refund will be returned to your account through the original payment method.
Return fee
Return due to quality problems: If the goods have quality problems, the return shipping fee will be borne by us.
Return due to personal reasons: If you return the goods for personal reasons such as dislike, inappropriate size, etc., the return shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
Exchange policy
We do not provide direct exchange service. If you need to replace the goods, you can return them first and then place an order to purchase the required goods again.
Exchange goods also need to follow the same return conditions and procedures.
Return precautions
Please ensure that the goods are well packaged and take appropriate protective measures during the return process to prevent damage to the goods.
If the goods are lost or damaged during the return transportation, we cannot refund you. It is recommended to use a courier service with tracking function.
